UNRIVALED NEON RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In line with Australian Consumer Law, Unrivaled Neon endeavours to resolve any issues that may arise regarding our products on a case-by-case basis. Unrivaled Neon may offer a refund, partial refund, fix or replacement depending on the situation for any damaged and/or faulty products only.

Unrivaled Neon Faulty Item Process

  1. After receiving your product, please contact us at support@unrivaledneon.com.au with a description of the faulty items attached with relevant photos and videos demonstrating the fault for our team to understand.
  2. Our team will aim to respond to you with any next steps required from your end to resolve the issue .

Unrivaled Neon Damaged Item Process

  1. If you believe your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us at support@unrivaledneon.com.au with a description of the damaged items and associated packaging attached with relevant photos and videos demonstrating the damage for our team to understand.
  2. Our team will aim to respond to you with any next steps required from your end to resolve the issue.

Please note: 

  • Unrivaled Neon is not responsible for any damages incurred during installation, uninstallation and/or hardwiring of your neon sign once delivery by the courier has taken place.
  • Due to the custom nature of our neon signs, we do not provide returns or refunds on any goods that you decide to change your mind on once your payment has already been made and production has begun.
  • If a return or fix is agreed, you will be required to return the product in its original condition within 14 days of you receiving the product.
  • If a replacement is agreed, a new neon sign will undergo production and delivery to your address as soon as possible.
  • If a full or partial refund is agreed, you will be advised about any approximate time frames you may expect to receive the refund.
