This is my second time purchasing a neon sign from Unrivaled and the process has been very smooth. Unrivaled team put a lot of care and work into my neon as it was a quite tricky design. The delivery process took longer than expected due to some minor delays, but I still received it within the time frame stated. The neon sign is easy to hang up and lights up great! It also comes with a free remote which is quite good quality considering that it's free. We absolutely love our neon sign and we can't wait to order our third with Unrivaled once again!
We just received our neon sign and working with Unrivaled has been great! We were originally going to go with a well known custom maker but they raised costs significantly which I found quite unreasonable. In comparison, Unrivaled listens to my budget needs and does their best to come close to it. They aren't pushy and really do put their customers needs first before their own. Jo was quite pleasant to work with and the customer service I received was always professional.
