DELIVERY TIMES
All standard orders take 9-18 business days to arrive at your doorstep. All neons are hand crafted and are made to order.
SHIPPING COST
Your order will include FREE shipping for majority of areas across Australia. For some Islands or difficult access territories some extra charges can be applied and we will notify you accordingly.
PRIORITY ORDERS
We also offer priority orders (+$49) if you'd like us to have your order ready and delivered within 7-15 business days.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
You'll be emailed a link to your tracking information once your neon has left our Melbourne Headquarters.
Sometimes during very busy periods, deliveries may take longer. We will notify you immediately if there are any delays. We will always do our best to ensure your neon arrives on time.
