- Standard orders take 9-18 business days to arrive for all custom signs neon orders.

- Priority orders take 7-15 business days to arrive for all custom neons.

All of our customisable neon signs are made with utmost care and thoroughly checked before being shipped to you.

What does the 2 Year Quality Warranty cover?

All of our custom neon products at Unrivaled Neon are covered by our 2 Year Quality Warranty. Depending on the issue with your customizable neon signs, our team will either replace the customizable neon sign/parts or partially/fully refund your purchase upon review.

The 2 year warranty covers any faults that may have been caused during the manufacturing and/or delivery process of our custom neon signs.

Please Note: This warranty does not cover any damage caused during usage or incorrect installation of your customisable neon signs.

Our team is proud to offer our neon sign custom design service FREE of charge to our clients. Throughout the whole process, we will work closely with you, ensuring an easy and enjoyable process from the design phase, all the way to delivery of your custom neon sign.

How big can my customised neon sign be?

If you want your customizable neon sign to fit within 1 acrylic board, we recommend your sign being less than 240cm by 120cm.

If your customised neon sign is larger than 240cm by 120cm, we can produce it across 2 or more acrylic backboards that will still be easily installed and displayed. This will minimise any potential damages during transit whilst optimising shipping costs for your custom neon signs.
